With Utopia allowing access for the first time we understand that you have questions. We put together a FAQ for your concerns.
How much does it cost to enter Utopia? Only $12 which is less than a medium pizza or the guilt fueled gym visit that inevitably follows after you demolish said pizza solo...
What do I get with admission? Unlimited access to all our video games we have to offer at Utopia including our wide selection of games on your console of choice whether its PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, Nintendo Switch 2, PC, or you want to go on a nostalgia trip on our Nostalgia Center featuring PS1 or Nintendo NES!
Do you serve alcohol at Utopia? We sadly haven't found the materials to create alcohol drinks on Utopia at this time but trust you'll fall in love with our mocktails!
Does Utopia accept Cash & Card? We accept Cash, Card & Tap To Pay. We also accept Utopian currency if you have any on hand... Wait a second how you get that if we just started allowing people on Utopia?
How can I book an event, party or just contact Utopia? We don't have any phone service on Utopia just yet but you can contact space base on Earth & they will communicate the message over. Text or Call (845)-402-6769 and give them the details or Email Info@TheUtopiaLounge.Com
Is there an age limit at Utopia? We prefer ages 16+ but if you're younger then 14 you’ll need a grown up (18+) to tag along. Think of them as your designated fun chaperone & not your babysitter.
Is there a dress code for Utopia? No sandals & must wear a shirt so not really but let's keep it acceptable. Let's leave the raunchy outfits for the hidden picture folder in your phone please.
Can I bring my dog to Utopia? We love dogs especially Labradors but unfortunately we haven't gained approval from the scientists on Earth to allow animals to Utopia so keep them at home for now! Service animals however have been tested and approved for Utopia.
What is your policy on outside food or drinks? We’ve got awesome Utopian snacks and drinks waiting for you which is way better than anything from Earth. So leave your snacks behind and come hungry for something out of this world!
Does Utopia offer discounts on big parties? No big party discounts yet, but we’ve got something even better for your squad: Couch Co-Op Station Deal Just $22 for up to 4 players for 2 hours of nonstop gaming. That’s only $5.50 per person! Make sure to reserve ahead of time.
Are walk-ins welcome? Of course! Reservations are only needed for the couch co-op stations.
Lost & Found? Lost something at Utopia? Classic. Before you start retracing your steps like it’s a crime scene, just call or text us. We’ll check if your beloved item has landed in our orbit and help you get it back with no interrogation required.
How is the parking at Utopia? We reside in a Plaza so parking is pretty much unlimited.. Sorta.. You get what we mean. Come without fear of looking for a parking space.
