Refund Policy
Since Utopia has yet to develop extensive shipping infrastructure due to being off-planet, we keep things simple. When we sell merchandise refunds are available—provided the item is returned in its original, unopened packaging.
For tickets purchased via our website, refunds are granted as long as the ticket has not been redeemed or accepted for entrance.
For booking we require 48-72 hour notice on cancelations for full refunds. Contracts for special events such as birthdays or parties are on a contract basis.
