1. Shipping Options
- Standard Shipping (5–8 Business Days) — $8
- Express Shipping (3 Business Days) — $25
- Free Local Pickup — Come to Utopia yourself (bonus XP for bravery).

2. Processing Time
We pack your order within 5 business days (Earth days). Once it’s in the hands of our courier bots, you’ll get a tracking number to follow your loot.

3. Cancellations
Orders move fast on Utopia. Once it’s placed, it’s locked in. If you need help, contact us ASAP & we’ll see what we can do.

4. Returns
Changed your mind? You’ve got 25 days to return stuff, as long as it’s unused and in original condition. Sale items may be non-returnable—some quests are final.

5. Delayed Orders
If we haven’t sent your order out yet, you can cancel for a full refund. But delays caused by the shipping carrier? That’s their realm so check with them first.
